Re[;acement for extended travel balance

I'm looking for replacements for a pair of extended travel balances. The pair I have don't match, but the original is stamped "31 9". The other is a replacement stamped "31DS45". The metal part is 31 5/8" long, and the weight of the sash is 35 pounds. Photos of the ends are attached.
