Replacing Clip # 70-123

I'm afraid there is no video on how to replace the 70-123, but it's very easy. To remove the old one, all you have to do is break it off. If the leg is still in the frame, don't worry about it. It won't interfere with the new hardware.

To install a new 70-123, service people recommend removing part of the screen wire at the corner, then spreading the corner slightly to allow you to slide the new screen clip in place.
