Repairing teak desk after flooding from hurricane

Home Owner from Florida
The desk was purchased about 25 years ago from a Scandinavian furniture store in Massachusetts. Our house flooded from hurricane so hardware is corroded.
The slides measure 20 inches (500 mm?) and are about 1 inch in width (25mm?). There is a groove in the drawer that is also about 1 inch in width and about 1/2 inch in depth. Thank you so much for offering this service. None of the local hardware stores could help. Elisabeth

Hey there,

Thanks for posting! The closest replacement match we have to your existing drawer slides are our 32-223 Small Side Mount Drawer Slide Pair. This pair has a 12-3-16" (311mm) length but is made for drawer depths measuring between 12-1/4" to 20-1/2" (312 - 520mm). The dimensions for the depth is 3/8" (10mm) and it is 11/16" thick (17mm).

Take a look and see if this might work for your repairs.

There is a groove in the drawers that runs the length of the drawer. It is about an inch wide. It looks like 32-223 is a bit narrower at 11/16. Is there a way to "fill" the groove so that it matches or does it even matter? Thanks!

Thanks for posting! The difference in the size of the track may not matter. However, since this is not an exact replacement match for your existing drawer slides, we wouldn't be able to confirm that with certainty. The best way you'll be able to confirm that is to attempt to install the hardware.

Our sincerest apologies that we cannot give a more concrete answer.
