The part from the picture comes from a screen door in the front entrance of my home. The screen doors serial number is 0012402778 if that helps with the search of the piece I'm looking for. I am in need of a replacement.

This mortise looks similar in design to our 40-194. You should carefully review our dimensions to be 100% sure they match up.
