Replacement Channel Balance

Question

Hi there -

I'm looking for replacement channel balances for my sash window.

I have included photos of the ends. The metal channel length is 21". I don't know the weight but I am hopeful that the stamping of "20 5 LO CALDWELL" will help define the proper weight.

Hello, Gerson. Thanks for these photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S390-21 or S351-21, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

The stamp does indicate the proper calibration, yes. In your case, 20-5 matches our 2050 option.
