Not sure original channel balances.
Window is 19" high x 32" wide.
difficult to raise and lower.
Need replacement channel balances.
Should I increase the weight capability?
I have cleaned inside the frame.
Channel Balances are probably 15 years old.

Hello,
We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments.
If these are the original balances and are 15 years old and they did function properly at one time, installing new balances should fix the problem. To confirm the correct replacement, we would like to see another close-up photo of the pulley clip. We'll also need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you.
