Would product 23-076 be the best match?

The 23-076 won't work for you since it only has an offset of 1/8". You gave your offset as 7/16". One the other hand, just looking at your photos, your offset doesn't look that large. Can you confirm that dimension? It's very important.

You are correct!!! I don't know what I measuring at 7/16"... it is 1/8th.

Oh, great! In that case, I think the 23-076 is a promising match. The wheel is the same size and it has a rounded edge, like your original. The only concern now would be whether the screw holes align, but you have a lot of wiggle room in that case. You can always drill a new hole if necessary.
