Replacement Hardware Needed

A handy person from Thomaston, C says:
I am looking for a window replacement for a couple that are broken. The bar has a raised center to hold one section of the window in place. The window does not have any markings of a manufacturer, so I'm not sure who made it. The only marking was a sticker showing its compliance with certain regulations. Pictures are attached.
This is from a Series: 2100 SH
H-R30-44X60 sliding window

I am not a 100% sure I know what type of hardware this is.May we have you go into more detail on its function? May we see a couple of photos showing where this part is installed to? Thank you.

This is a sliding window and as you can see one of these pieces of hardware holds the fixed side in place at the top and bottom of the window. I have removed the screen for clarity. The sliding widow is open also and closest to you in the photo.
