Replacement Lock help

A home owner from USA says:
I need 2 of the pictured window lock. The number on the lock is 9711. The window is a replacement window with no markings indicating what brand of window it is. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen this lock a couple times. This is an older type installed with pop rivets. I think we can replace it, but I can't dig up its measurements. Can you help me out with that? I'd like to know the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center.

If it's 2-1/4", then I think you can use our 90-173 as a replacement. See what you think. Keep in mind that this installs using screws, not rivets like yours. Some of the screws in our assorted 33-300 may work, but I can't predict what length you'll need. You'll have to experiment to find the best option.
