Replacement Part for Awning Window

A handy person from La Jolla, CA says:

Milguard Awning Window 34"x 34", it's the glide that fits in the bottom channel which fits into the hand crank, right and left side

Attached are 2 photos taken of the part I need to replace. I will need (6) of these parts.
