Replacement Parts Phillips Carefree Windows

Question

We need to replace the spring balance and pivot feet for 72 inch windows.  Our windows are double hung.  We need 8 spring balances (with the string) and 8 pivot feet.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. I think we can replace this balance, but it will have to be a custom order. You have a very special type. Before we begin, can you confirm the length of the metal channel? It looks to be 32" but I wanted to be 100% sure. Can you also tell me what the stamp reads?
