Replacement Rollers for unknown door

Hello,
I do not know the brand of my sliding door, but am hoping to find a pair of replacement rollers. I tried the generic ones from Home Depot, but they are too wide to fit in the lower door channel. I've attached a picture of the assembly it the 2 parts. The width of the channel is approximately 9/16" or 5/8". The length of the assembly is approximately 2 1/4". I thought the Crossly 81-001 was close, but wanted an expert opinion before I purchased. If you need more pictures or dimentions, please let me know.
Thanks,
Steve

Hello Steve. Thank you for posting.
If possible, please submit a photo of the end of the housing so we can see the screw insert(s). This will help us better determine a replacement roller. |

Hello,
I am attaching 2 additional photos. 1 of the side of the roller assembly and 1 of the side of the door that receives the assembly. I am also attaching an additional photo of the assembly from the roller side.
Please let me know if you need additional information. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for submitting the additional photos. It does appear the Swisco 81-001 Crossly Door Roller is the closest roller to your original. However, you will have to modify the 81-001 in order for it to work with your application.

Do you have an idea of what modifications will be needed? I see the flanges on the 81-001 that will need to be either removed, or bent back in line.
Any other ideas?
Thanks,
Steve

I believe the flange modification will be the only change you'll have to make. Take a look at the other dimensions and make sure they're close.
