Replacement Sweep Lock and Keeper

I need to replace the sash lock and keeper on my double hung window The closest part number seems to be 90-173 with 2-1/4" spaced center-to-center mounting holes, drilled 3/8" back from the front face of the sash lock. The height of the keeper is 5/16' at the ends. I am enclosing photos of the old part for which I think part #90-173 would be a suitable replacement.

Thank you for posting, Rudolph. Judging by your dimensions, it appears that our 90-173 window lock and keeper are the closest match to your hardware. The height of the lock itself should not matter much because the 90-173 comes with a keeper that can replace your old one. Please let me know what you think.
