Replacement Window Lock

A home owner from Simi Valley, CA says:

I have a window that the lock broke. I need to get an replacement. Attached is a picture of the broken lock. The picture is missing the top and bottom potion that is where the lock would screw onto the window frame. When the window is closed the latch fits into the stationary window frame.
