Replacement balance for Anderson window

Good afternoon,
I just bought my home last fall and I am hoping to replace the broken sash balances on my bathroom window. I was able to remove the head jamb liner and took pictures of the balance.

I believe the part number is 623 It is part of the series of numbers in the first attachment that are 623 1 HG3 4 92 located on the edge of the balance.

The second photo also shows the number 11600-17 which is located in the center of the balance.

Could you confirm that your Andersen Sash Balance, 623, 627, 631, 637
Product Code: 24-637 will fit my window?

Also this may be a dumb question but these balances are universal right? As in I can buy 2 of that particular balance and I do not need to purchase one that is specifically for the right side and one that is specifically for the left side.

I agree, the 24-637 Andersen balance is best for your stamp of 623. This specific balance can work on either side, yes. That's not a dumb question at all, since there are some Andersen balances that ARE left- and right-specific. However, in this case, you should be fine.
