Hello, I need to purchase a replacement balance for my non-tilting window. My window is about a year and a half old, but one of the two balances broke. Attached are some photos of the non-broken balance.
Is this enough information to identify the correct balance?. If it helps the existing balance has stamped on it the number 2630.

Thanks for your post! The channel balance you have here is an Extended-Travel Channel Balance and will need to be a custom assembly. There is an order minimum of (2) balances for custom orders.

Thanks Jasmine - based on your email, I will order the custom parts you are recommending. I only need one, so it will be nice to have a back up just in case, but I don't need more than 2 balances at this time. But now I know where to get them if I need it!

I'm happy to help! Just as a suggestion, it might be best to replace both balances in the window. This will ensure that the older balance won't cause the newer balance to wear out faster than it should.
