Replacement balances for Pella double hung

The only markings are 52406 and 3.S.I. or possible 3.S.T.

This balance is a spare found in the basement of our hotel so I'm not yet sure on the length I need or the sash weight as we have a variety of window sizes and this balance is not marked to tell me which size window it goes to

At the moment I want to know if you have a balance type that will replace this style used by Pella

Hello,

Unfortunately, Pella has exclusive rights to this type of balance. Even though ours are similar, we can not duplicate them. We suggest contacting a Pella dealer for the replacement balances you need. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair.

Since Pella hardware is brand specific, unfortunately, we can't provide generic replacements for most of their parts. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
