Replacement brakes for 5500 reflections windows

WE ARE LOOKING FOR REPLACEMENT " BRAKES" FOR OUR 5500 REFLECTIONS WINDOWS. Is the unit one piece or in halves ? Our windows were installed 2010. thank you.

I'm afraid that I'm not familiar with this window, or what hardware it uses. In order to determine if we sell the part in question, I will need a clear, unobstructed photo of it in as close to undamaged condition as you can manage. Please let me know if that would be possible.
