We are painting our cabinets and would like to replace the hinges

I believe you have an older style Amerock hinge. I'm not sure if this exact hinge is still available. You would need to check with a hardware store or cabinet maker in your area to see if the supply this hinge. We do have the 32-107, which seems to similar to the way your hinge operates, but I don't know if it can be used as a replacement.
