Replacement channel balance

A quick learner from Summerfield fl says:
The blocks are sliding up with th windows and remaining up or sliding out when I raise the window


Took this one out but what's causing it.

No I need new??? Also one stuck all the way up would wd40 help to get it back down

Have a look at both our S380-30 and S385-30 channel balance. These balances look identical with the exception of the 'depth' measurement of the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe the way it is shown in the diagram below, to determine which of the two balances is the better match. Whichever one chosen will use a 2940 option that supports a sash weight of 23-28 pounds.
