Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would like you to write out the exact depth of the bottom fitting shown in your first photo. This will help us get a better idea of what might work for your repair. Thank you!

It sounds like you may be referring to the depth of the metal channel. We would need you to measure the depth of the nylon fitting shown in your first photo.

Thank you for your patience as we looked into this for you. Not only does your balance shoe and top extend out from the front of the channel but also from the back. I believe that we can supply something that may work for you but it will need to be a custom order 27" long side loaded balances using the 19-024 top with wings and the 15-095 shoe. The bottom shoe doesn't have wings but it isn't critical to the operation of the sash.

As for the spring stamp weight, you may need a 2660 strength option based on your 26 6 stamp. I would recommend weighing your sash to confirm that it falls within the 30 to 33 lbs range that the 2660 option supports. From there, we'll just need you to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two, to get an order link and price quote together for you.

Yes the sash weighs about 30 lbs. I need 2 of them. Could you please place the order? Thank you

Great, we just sent over an order link and price quote for the balances you requested. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
