In 2013, I ordered new balances for all of my front (sun facing) windows from Swisco. Since I have a copy of that order, I was hoping to order the same parts for my rear facing windows. You no longer carry these older type balances. Is there a suitable substitute for the following: S850-28, 28.5" Series 850 Crossbow Balance, option black-1-inch-width-shoe.
If so, please give me the part number and info as to any modification, install tips, or other helpful instructions.

These old crossbow balances are indeed no longer made. But fortunately we do have a replacement. You can use our Series 795 Channel Balance instead. We have a video that shows how to do this. Take a look below.
