Replacement hardware for Simonton tilt windows

Thanks for reaching out to us. Simonton no longer makes this pivot shoe, unfortunately, but we have a more modern setup that works just as well, if not better. The video below will explain exactly what you need and how to get them to work in the window.

As long as the coil balance system used in those windows is the same design as what you show in your first batch of photos, then this solution will still work, yes. Just note that in each case, the weight calibration for the springs will need to be different. You need to have the exact sash weights on hand when you pick our your coil springs.

You will need to remove it from the window frame and place it on a scale. Any common bathroom scale will do fine.
