Replacement hinge set for a casement window

A landlord from Marengo, IL says:
I have a wooden casement window over the sink in a rental unit. The rough opening is 49 1/4"X38 1/2". This window has two openings one to the left and one to the right with a center post. I need to replace the hinge on the upper left as I look at it from the inside. I have replaced the cranks in the past using you "truth" hardware. Currently the window falls out of the track when opening or closing. I tried replacing just the hinge but the track is defective so I need the complete hinge set as shown in your video..

Have you seen our 36-013-10? This is a very popular replacement hinge for windows like yours. Keep in mind that you will need to replace both the top and bottom hinges for the window to operate correctly. We also have a video on how this hardware operates. Check it out below.
