I have a casement window that is over 30 years old. I need a replacement for the left window crank - do you have a replacement that will work with this? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello,
We'd be happy to help but in order to recommend a replacement operator or it's related hardware, we'll need to see the arms that move the window sash in and out as well. The best way to do that is to open the window as far as it will go and take a photo of the entire mechanism. Thank you!

Your operator's arm looks like it's on the longer side, so start by comparing your dimensions to our 39-014 with a 13-1/2" arm. Take a look and let us know what you come up with. Thanks for posting!

The arm is 8" (from where it starts to bend) and 30744 is the number on the metal arm. Looks like TRUTH is the words.
