Replacement lock for sliding glass door

A home owner from Plainview, Long Island says:
The doors have no markings and are original to the apartment which was built in the mid-1970s. The only markings on the lock are U. S. Patent 3216229 P-22 MF'D in Japan. Do you have a replacement lock? Thank you. Lise Mayer

Thanks for posting! It's hard to see exactly what this is with the bottom piece broken off, but you may want to start with our 82-008K. I think it looks pretty similar, but see if you agree.
A home owner from Long Island says:
I neglected to mention that there is a wooden handle which screwed into the lock as well. Will this lock accommodate this handle? Thanks.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
It depends on the distance between the screw holes, center-to-center. Our 82-008K has a screw hole distance of 6-5/8", so it can work with pull handles like our 88-001 and 88-002.
