Over the weekend my channel balance broke. I'm in need of replacing both to get my window working again. I'm not sure which one I need so I provided pictures in the hope that someone can advice me on which ones to select.

Hello! We can supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order due to its configuration. Before we go any further, though, I need to see a clear picture of the metal hook that was at the end of the cord. I don't see it in your photos so it may have snapped off, but it is a very important detail so we can't move forward without it.
Can you also tell me how many you needed? Our minimum is 2.
