A customer in Japan asks me to replace a Unique balancer, "20-C-30" dated 20-09-97. The whole length is 560mm and the width is 15mm. I would like to know a correct balancer in Swisco for replacement. I can send you some photos but I cannot attach them here. So, I can send you them with a return mail.

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. This looks like our S350-21 as you seem to have guessed; but to be sure, could you re-measure the metal channel (but not including the nylon attachments)? This should come out to 533.4 mm, or 21 inches. Let us know, thanks.
OK, thanks for the confirmation. All our measurements are in inches, but if that is the precise measurement in millimeters then that should come out to 21 inches. So yes, I suggest you take a look at the S350-21, with a stamp option for 2030. Double check the specifications on the product page just to be safe, and see what you think!
