Replacement of folding Andersen window cranks for casement windows

I need to replace a folding Andersen crank handle. The two numbers stamped to the inside are:
1361360ST and
1361362WH
The diameter of the circular part is about 1 and 1/4inch
The inside diameter is about 1/2 inch

I'm afraid I don't recognize this part. It looks like it might be part of a greater assembly. Would it be possible to see the whole thing in undamaged condition? That might give me a better idea of what you're working with and whether this is something we can supply.

Thank you! That's a huge help. That appears to be a match for our 39-301. The base is unfortunately not sold separately, so you will need to replace the entire handle.

I am searching for 4 of the Swisco 39-301 Anderson folding window crank handle. According to your website, they are no longer available. Is there a substitute available?

Our 39-286 is also an Andersen handle and is technically compatible in all the same applications, but the design is different and it doesn't have the ability to fold, as the original. Our 39-298 is also a possibility.
