PPG Herculite K Tempered Safety glass 16cfr1201CII SHCC-110401....
That is the number on the sliding glass door we need to replace due to condensation stains. We also need to replace two fixed side panels (next to the sliding doors) in other rooms for the same reason. I realize you make the glass and not the door but I see where you've been able to point people in the right direction. The door was installed by the builder in 2000. We are not the original owners. Any ideas you have are greatly appreciated.

I think you may have us confused for another company. We don't make replacement glass and are not affiliated with Herculite in any way. I'm also not able to determine who made your door based on the information provided.
You will have to check the inside of the frame for the name of the company who made the door and contact them directly.
