Hello, With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below to confirm. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. The 28D stamp on your balance would generally indicate that you would need a 2840 strength option but if your sash weighs exactly 20.4-pounds, then the 2830 strength option that supports between 16 and 23 lbs would work for you.
