Replacement part help

A home owner from USA says:

I need to locate a few replacement window balancers. The current ones have the markings in the picture.

Can you advise the correct replacement part?

The metal part is 28 inches long.
This is a tilt window.
The width is 0.5 inches.
I don't see any tabs on top, and the bottom is T shaped (1 inch tall, 1.25 inches wide). Pics included. The very top of the strong has a little tab that us screwed in.

Thanks for reaching out. Your channel balance is designed similarly to our S795-28. Like yours, it comes equipped with a screw clip on the top of your balance as well as a 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance shoe.

You'll need to select the 27B stamp which is rated to carry 12 - 18lbs, although, you may want to double check the weight of your sash.
