I'm afraid I don't believe our hardware will work with this type of handle set, as this appears to be a multi-point lock. Take a look at our 40-187L Spindle and see if this matches what you need, but I can't make guarantees that it will. I apologize we can't be of more help, and many thanks for considering our business.

Hi the length is 4.5 inches long and the thickness is .25in It is for a Marvin Patio door that locks top and bottom as well as a bolt to side. DO you have a Spindle in that size?
