Replacement part that lifts and counterbalances the lower sash of a double hung window sash

A quick learner says:
This is part of an old installation. This is the tension spring that facilitates lifting the window and functionally replaced old sash weights. (Yes...I am an old person) The second image with the information on it has the same kind (and size) of part. Is it possible to get a replacement because I don't see how I can easily repair the broken one.

The only part that seems broken is the shoe. See our 15-155. However, since this is an old Simonton window, the center metal cam (the round "U" shaped piece) in the newer style 15-155 may not be compatible. You might have to reuse the old center metal cam should this be the case. That said, try out the 15-155 as-is, it still could work.
