Harvey windows replacement parts

all inside mechanisms crack so windows will not open properly or slam shut
there is a metal part, a white plastic part and pulley of some sort

White plastic piece approximately 1 3/4 " x 3/4"
Round metal piece approximately 1" ?

One pick shows metal broken mechanism

Thank you for any help...none of my windows work :(
I think all inside pulley mechanisms need to be replaced

Hello there. The only thing I see broken is the round metal piece (called a cam) in the pivot shoe. Our 15-208 looks like a possible match. Is that all that's broken?

I can't be sure but it sounds like you may be looking for the 15-208 pivot shoe for the left side of the window. If so, I can confirm that this part is not handed and can be used on the left or right side of the window. If you're not sure if the 15-208 is the correct replacement, we would need to see your pivot shoe uninstalled to confirm. Thank you.
