A contractor from Columbia, MD says:

Trying to find replacement parts that are shown in the attached images. Any help would be appreciated our local Simonton supplier keeps letting us down.

Thanks

Many thanks for writing in to us. It appears that your pivot shoe is cracked on the bottom. Our 15-155 should suffice as a replacement. The coil springs look fine in your pictures, but if you do need new ones see our Series 170. To remove the coil springs and pivot shoe to check, you would first place a screw driver into the metal center cam and turn it towards you. Hang on to it you will feel the spring pulling up on it. Let it rise to the coil spring cover. Unscrew the cover and remove the parts through the window cut out.
