Replacement pivot shoe

Question

I need a replacement pivot shoe. I took photos of the label on the upper window and the pivot shoe. Please help me identify the part I need thank you the spring might need replacing because the end appears to be bent that may have been the cause of my problem. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello! Your pivot shoe appears to be an older version of our 15-215. I believe this is what you need but look it over and see what you think.

If you need the spring, though, then you should consider the Series 140 balance assembly instead. This comes with the same pivot shoe included, as well as new springs and spring retainers.
