Replacement storm door mortise

Question

I am looking for a replacement mortise for my storm door. I is 5 and 3/4 inches by 1 and 11/16. The letters "AJ" are stamped on the side, but there are no other markings. I appreciate any help you can offer.

Take a look at our 40-194 mortise lock. This looks fairly close to the one in your photo. However, the only thing I'm not sure about is the backset of the latch. The 40-194 has a latch backset of 7/8". Is yours the same?
