Replacement window Balancers

Hello

I need to order Channel balancers for 6 windows.

I have attached photos of my current balancers.

The number (see photo) on my balancer does not match the part number on your website. The metal section is 1/2 inch by 27 inch, Please advise which item I should order. Thank you for your time, Debbie

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
