Replacement window shoe

A home owner says:

These are on Knapco windows. I can't remove them because I m physical unable to. I checked your website and believes you might carry this part. I can't find a window number. The windows have metal locking can. I'm thinking maybe pivot shoe 15-105.

Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hi Marilyn. This Pivot Shoe looks like our 15-175. If you are able to have someone help you remove the shoe at some point, it would be best to compare the width and thickness of your old shoe to this part just to confirm the dimensions match. Let us know what you think.
