Replacement window slides.

Hello

I am looking to replace a defective window slide. I have uploaded pictures of the slide and a picture of the window which are about 16 years old. The marking on the slide says it is a 25:2. However I understand there are various versions of this slide, if you can let me know what the correct one is and the cost to ship to Washington State - Zip code 98671 I would be very grateful. I will be sending in a second request for parts as well as I cannot get any more pictures on this message.

Hi there! We can absolutely supply these balances, but they have to be a custom order since you have a unique "extended travel" type.
