Replacement windwo shoe

A quick learner from Baltimore, MD says:

I am in need of a couple of new vinyl window shoes. The picture enclosed is one of the broken shoe from the outside sash. This part is on the left side when you are inside looking out. Can you help me identify this part? Can you supply this part? Please let me know. While I am at it I will replace both sides since the other side appears as if it is ready to break. Please let me know. Thank you.
