Alside shoe replacements, please

I have several double hung Alside windows that will no longer stay up. I believe these parts are called shoes. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much. Amy

These parts are indeed called shoes, but they don't keep the window up. They just connect the sash to the spring, which itself is what keeps the window up.

Your pivot shoe is a match for our 15-175 and it's designed to work with our Series 152 coil spring.
