Replacemnt Parts

A handy person from Frisco, Tx says:

Hi, I have these types of window latches which I need to replace. As you can see there is a screw on the top and side of the latch. I also provided a size. Do you have anything I can replace these with? I need both Left and Right latches for 20 Windows.

This looks like a good match for our 26-157. Look it over and tell me if you agree. We also sell the 26-158 for the opposite side.
