Replacing 1962 handcrank casement operator mechanism

Looking to replacè a 1962, Crestline casement handcrank operator mechanism. Part number 4-200RH. Unable to find at our local hardware store or on line. Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like a very old style operator, but I'm not immediately familiar with the design. Can you show me a clearer picture of the base? Your second photo shows the underside but I'd like to see the top part, which you'd normally see while it's installed. Hopefully that will give me the clue I need to find a replacement.
