Replacing Channel Balances on 3 Vertical Windows

Question

2 Windows are identical with the following information:
14-4 part numbers - QTY 4 (14 1/8" shaft)

1 Window appears to be identical but may be 1/16" shorter or less:
14-3 part numbers - QTY 2 (14 1/8" or 1/16" less, but marginal)

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channels should measure 14-7/8" long. Can you double-check that for us? Custom orders are nonrefundable and we can't promise our replacements will work if the channel length differs.
