Roller Set needed for a sliding Window

A handy person from North Haven CT says:
Hope you can help.

I'm looking for a replacement part for an unidentified vinyl sliding window.
Two sets of the roller part are on the bottom of the sliding window.
Each plastic part has 2 metal rollers.
The part is 1.5 inches long and the plastic housing for the two metal rollers is 5/16 tall. Measured with the metal rollers is 7/16 tall.

Hope this is a helpful description.

I'd like to order about 16 of these if you can help me find this part.

Hello, Peter. We carry the 87-190 roller which looks close to your measurements in everything except for the height. You say your height is 5/16" whereas the 87-190 is closer to 7/16". Do you have space in the cavity of the sash for a taller roller?
A quick learner from North Haven Ct says:
Hi Dave

Was traveling and could not follow up earlier

I checked out the cavity depth as you suggested.
That measures 5/16 as well.

Could I just replace the rollers?

Thanks Dave

Yes, replacing the wheels sounds like it will be your best bet. Can you tell me the diameter and thickness of each wheel? Can you also tell me the size of the hole? Finally, give me the diameter and length of the axle. Hopefully with that information we can find what you need.
A quick learner from North Haven CT says:
Hi Dave

Would it be easier for me to send you a wheel?

It's up to you! We should be able to manage with those measurements, though.
A quick learner from North Haven C T says:
Thank for your help

I have measured the wheel and I've noted the results below.

The metal wheel is 1/4 inch wide and has a diameter of 3/8

The axel diameter is 1/16 and the axel length tip to tip is 3/8

The hole in the plastic housing measures 1/4 wide and 9/16 long

Thanks for your help with this

Thank you! We have found a wheel that may work to substitute your own. However, it is not currently in our catalog. We hope to have it soon, though, and I will let you know when we have it.

Please see new SWISCO product code 87-221, Tandem Window Roller.
A quick learner from North Haven says:

Finally able to install newly acquired roller sets
They did not fit

The depth is off
5/16 needed
87-221 is not the needed replacement set

Any other option?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
I'm sorry to hear our 87-221 didn't work. I'm not sure if we have anything closer to your hardware. Are the wheels the same? If so, could you swap them out? If you could also send us some pictures of the 87-211 next to your old roller, side by side, we could try our best to find something better.
