Rollers

Question

I have attached pictures of my horizontal "CWS" brand window rollers I need to replace. I did order 16 --- 87-190 Double Roller Assemblies (Order #87-190) from Swisco. They do fit into the slots correctly but the rollers are not high enough to allow the window to roll. It is like there are no rollers under it.

Please assist me with replacements that will function correctly.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm afraid we don't sell an exact match for your roller. The 87-036 and 87-221 appear to be our closest options but we can't promise either will work. You'll need to carefully review the dimensions and compare them with yours to see how they align.
