Rollyson Double Glazed Window

A home owner from North Carolina says:
All of my windows are beginning to break. First the plastic parts at top of channel balance. Channel balances getting stuck. Entire bottom of window fell out of one window already.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we will need to see an undamaged balance from another window with both top and bottom attachment intact to determine what the correct replacement would be.

It sounds like you might also need top sash guides that keep the balance in place, which we will also need to see undamaged and removed from the window to research for you. Thank you!

A home owner from North Carolina says:
I cannot seem to get the window out to get a balance that is not broken. So I have taken a picture of the top of the balance and the bottom. will this do?

Thank you for sending the additional photos, we're certainly heading in the right direction. I can see your bottom balance attachment, but you will need to remove the balance to be able to see the top attachment.

The last photo you sent showing where the top of the balance would be is actually the top sash guide, which I would recommend removing and comparing to our 18-118 guide pair if you need to replace those as well.

Managed it with my son!! Here are more photos.

Hello,

As Casey mentioned, your top sash guide looks like our Rollyson 18-118 guide pair. As for your balances, it appears that you'll need custom made S371-30 channel balances with the 19-037 top balance fitting with extra-wide support wings. Please let us know how many balances you'd like to purchase, as well as the stamp number on your metal channels and we'd be happy to get an order link and price quote together for you.
