I am looking for parts for my Roto window. I don't really know how you call these but I put arrows on one of thr pictures #3300B with numbers that shows the part I really need to get. Hopping you have them!

Hello, Marc. Looks like you need a new hinge and link arm. The bad news is that neither is made anymore; Roto discontinued these parts a few years ago and never made a replacement.
The hinge can likely be substituted with our 36-048 set, as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time, but there is no other option for the link arm that I know of. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
